Welcome to all who have joined our Manager's Club and to all who will be joining in the future. As you know, my name is Brad Davidson and I am the General Manager of Finney's Crafthouse, Santa Barbara.

At Finney's, we value teamwork and camaraderie between our employee base. I know it sounds cliche, but we truly feel like family and we want to pass on this spirit to our customers.

The best way to build community and camaraderie with our customers is to communicate, appreciate and reward them directly for their loyalty to us.  This is why we have created an exclusive membership club for our most valued employees. They can get a sense of ownership, say, and participation that most customers never see in their favorite establishments.

As fellow members of the Manager's Club, you and I, as the General Manager, can communicate directly and openly, share ideas, give feedback and know we will be heard. We feel that this element is so important that we want to reward you regularly by just being a member.
