Getting the Most Out of Your Membership and Using the App

Your Manager's Club Membership comes with a Variety of Valuable Benefits not available to the general public. Here are some tips on how best to use them.

• NAVIGATING THE APP: When navigating throughout the various app sections and pages, please remember that we employ swipe navigation in addition to clicking links. For example, you can always swipe left with your finger on the home screen to go to previous pages or to return to the app from a linked site that resides outside of the app. Swipe right to go forward.  Swipe up or down to go up or down. You get the picture. By using swipe navigation, you can always find your way back from whence you came!

• PUSH NOTIFICATIONS: Once a week or as often as the Manager decides, you will receive Push Notification offers directly to your mobile phone. These are unannounced and time-sensitive offers that will usually expire within a short time period. Some mobile operating systems may block home page display, but all notifications can be found within your MClub app Inbox when they are issued.
• DIGITAL COUPONS: Your MClub membership comes with redeemable Digital Coupons, usually three (3) per month. These coupons must be displayed from your MClub app and presented to your server prior to ordering. Server is responsible for redeeming the coupon by digitally stamping it upon order. Coupons are valid for the month issued. No extension will be allowed beyond the expiration date.
• LOYALTY PROGRAM: The MClub Loyalty Program provides loyal customers the benefit of being rewarded for regularly patronizing the restaurant. Each time you patronize the MClub restaurant, remember to use your digital loyalty program.  After finishing your meal, just log-in to the Loyalty Program page on your app with your email and password and ask your server to stamp your card.  Stamps are password protected by the establishment. Ten (10) stamps earn the member a Gift Card redeemable at the food establishment. The program is restarted after each redeemable event.
• RANDOM OFFERS - MENU SPOTLIGHT: The Menu Spotlight offers bonuses for members by way of discounted food and/or gift items. On a random basis, we will highlight a menu item or gift and feature it in this section. Members can receive significant discounts on the featured menu item or gift. All we ask is for you to give us your review of the product, the service, environment, etc. after dining. Rewards are delivered through a digital coupon.
• EMAIL-ONLY BONUS OFFERS: In addition to the aforementioned benefits, if you subscribe to "Email-Only Bonus Offers", you will be one of a select group eligible to redeem such offers. These valuable offers will be issued at the discretion of the Manager, so as a subscriber it will behoove you to be on the lookout for these email offers in your Inbox.
• SCRATCH TO WIN GAME: The MClub "Scratch to Win Game" is, as its name implies, a scratch card game available to play once a day. The MClub Manager is responsible for determining and allotting the prize and establishing the odds for winning. Each time you play, you will immediately know whether you win or lose. Winners will immediately know what they have won and be instructed on how to redeem. Limit to one (1) scratch card game per day.
